YES, I will have just hosted who knows how many hundreds of visitors the day before, at home in Copake Falls, NY, at my Saturday, May 11 Garden Conservancy Open Day…. But I could not resist the invite to drive across the Hudson to Newburgh Sunday to see what’s happening at the Atlas Spring Market. It takes place at Atlas Studios, a historic industrial factory converted into workshop & studios for artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and other creative professionals.
At 11:30 AM on Sunday, May 12, I’ll give a talk on “The 365-Day Garden” there (more about the talk). The Market promises two days of vendors (including my longtime friends at Atlock Farm, and many other choice plant and gardenwares sellers, like Munder Skiles). Read more about the Market, with a full vendor list, or order tickets for my talk on Sunday. I’m donating my talk, and all proceeds will benefit Hudson Valley Seed & Newburgh Urban Farm and Food Initiative. See you there (and here, and everywhere?).
