join ken druse and margaret roach at the albany book fair 9/14/19

AN AUTHOR-FILLED day is planned by the New York State Writers Institute, on the SUNY-Albany Uptown Campus, on Saturday September 14th, 2019 (get the program). From Dani Shapiro and Madhur Jaffrey, to Jamaica Kincaid and Joyce Carol Oates…we’ll be part of a group of more than 100 authors and poets participating.

Ken and I will do a Q&A session together–sort of an in-real-life version of our popular monthly Q&A segments on my public radio show–at 10:30 AM; we’ll also do individual events at 12:30 (Margaret) and 1:30 (Ken). Ken will be kicking off his upcoming new book—his 20th!—called “The Scentual Garden,” about botanical fragrance—and though it doesn‘t come out till October, a few early copies will be available for sale, too, and his 1:30 talk will be its debut.

Get the program of all Festival events, and the list of participating writers. Come one, come all!
