I live in zone 5. We have boxwoods that were planted 3 years ago. The outside leaves are yellow up the entire side of the shrub on totally all over. Does it need Nitro fertilizer? We had very bad freeze this winter and some hemlocks hot burned. Could this be as well. The leaves aren’t completely dead just very yellow. What should I do?
