This wonderful Chinese Wisteria has been growing for years. It started as just a small twig of a plant and has grown to be a wonderful beauty. As beautiful as it is, it rarely blooms. Last year, it had one bloom, and that didn’t come until late, late summer which seems out of synch for typical bloom time. Ideas? Suggestions?
