Two years ago, this shrub/tree/something started randomly growing in a bed next to my house. Another started growing several feet away. I have no clue what it is. It’s a very fast growing specimen.. I did notice that last year, a lot of the leaves were wilting and falling off – I noticed little clusters of what looked like ‘bug eggs’ on the leaves. It continued to produce new leaves despite the wilting of others.
Mind you, the leaves in the picture are just starting to emerge. If anyone has a hint as to what this is, I’d appreciate it!
