I planted daffodil bulbs in a small space near my driveway and they did well for years. Unfortunately, my health deteriorated to the point where I have to hire local lawn mowing teams. Grass took over the bed, and then I discovered, the guy with the hand held weed eater was cutting the bulb growth. My bubs never were allowed to grow. Are my daffodil bulbs dead or will they come back this fall? Will a 10-10-15 fertilizer help with bulb roots or is there something I can do to enjoy fall blooms?
