Thank you very much — I have no idea how old it is, but maybe I’ll try to move it anyway — I assume I just try to spare as mush of the root system as possible, but presumably it has to be severed at some point? I mean, since I don’t have a backhoe? It really is in an awkward spot, so if you’ve had luck moving them at this time, I’ll take my chances.
Margaret, glad to populate the board with Margarets! My best friend is also a Margaret (no nickname either) so I’m used to being in Margaret company. Our friends just have to call us by our last names.
