Thanks for the suggestion- I am going to my local nursery later this week to see what they have in stock. While I’ve always thought golden-foliage plants looked gaudy in the sun at the greenhouses, your photos are beginning to win me over. Perhaps it’s a question of scale – not going overboard, and limiting blossom variety – something that doesn’t come naturally to me yet. It’s a slow learning process, for sure, especially when you have to wait so long to see the results!
