@Mainard re: Cilantro: To have a regular supply you must sow a bit every 10 days or thereabouts, as it does indeed bolt pretty fast and outlive its usefulness. Like salad greens–you need to re-sow regularly. Good to sow a second crop of basil seeds, too, to be fresh and vigorous (not all woody) when the later tomatoes come in.
