My favorite crop last spring were my leeks (actually it was my favorite crop last winter!). Rather than buying and transplanting store bought plants this year, I thought I’d try starting from seed — but I haven’t done so yet. Is it too late to direct sow leeks? And do you have a favorite variety? Thanks!
