I am not a big expert on chemicals, but an old friend who worked for a botanical garden used to talk about Glyphosate gel, not liquid, for painting on stuff the way you are talking about. I don’t think it’s available in all areas of the country, but that’s the only use of it I’ve heard of for such tenacious stuff.
Will you be crossing state borders to import contraband??????
