wondering if any of you all have ideas for naturalizing bulbs that would work well in a woodland setting? i’d like to plant masses of bulbs in beds full of ferns. i’d like some color pop while waiting for the ferns in the early and late spring. and i’d also appreciate tips on good on-line sources for bulbs. i’m new to bulbs. (i’m in washington dc/maryland, and my virginia bluebells and dicentra spectabilis were to-die-for this spring, to give you a sense of the conditions)
