We just moved into our house this summer and the previous owner didn’t do a lot with her landscaping. I have inherited some HUGE Hostas that I know need to be divided. I am a new gardener and am at complete loss as to how and when to do this.
Should it be spring or fall? Is it better to dig a chunk up and replant or do I need to really dig the whole plant up and divide it that way?
Please help! Thanks, Jessie
