The August chores (the current ones are always posted in the middle column on the blog, but also August is at the url below) give some hints on succession sowing.
I’d quickly direct-sow your peas, another row of bush beans, more root crops (like carrots and beets and such) and I am also sowing kale and collard and such outside now for late harvest. You can do more salad, basil, and many other things. Have a read:
