i would like your opinion about the wisdom of planting eastern hemlocks, given the inevitable and fatal spread of the wooly adelgid.
i’ve also read that it’s possible to thwart the insect with soaps or oils but i would like to plant a number of trees so i feel like i may be setting myself up for failure.
