Hi everybody, Don’t know if that is what you call it but I just want to say that my garden aim for the year is to create beautiful soil. To that end I am weeding madly and collecting up big stones/rocks etc to get them out of the beds. They are fairly well planted (with pretty big shrubs so will have to work round them) but the soil texture/condition lets me down. Any advice on getting it done would be greatly appreciated. My second gardening aim for the year is to make more of what I have. Namely, dividing up chunks of plants I already have and creating more plants for other parts of the garden. I’m hoping for more harmony that way too. Think I need to try planting up divisions just for ground cover. Some patches really are weed laboratories. I like this site very much and may well upload a soil before and after pic. What do you think? Best wishes from a sunny London x
