It is May 5 in my Zone 5 garden and I see nothing happening with my clematis. I planted it two years ago and last year it came back great. But over the winter we had excessive snow/rain and I’m wondering if it drowned. The stem seems solidly rooted still, can’t pull it out, but not a peek of new growth.
