Mine haven’t started, either, though they are budded. I agree with Joyce…more sun would be best (though this vine will bloom in lower light, if not very heavily). What’s the winter plan? (How big’s that pot…probably not big enough to insulate the roots from a Zone 5 winter, is it)? Also, newly planted things can sulk a year, so there are many possible explanations (and the plant’s not talking).
