It is Bulbine frutescens and the it comes in orange and yellow forms. the orange form is the cultivar ‘Hallmark’ and the yellow one is sometimes called ‘Yellow Rocket’. There seems to be some dispute as to how hardy it is, but I doubt it can take frost. We grow it as a tender perennial up here in the north.
