Can anyone help me indentify the bush that is currently in bloom along our Hudson Valley roads and even the Taconic Parkway? The bush is covered with small white blossom, not unlike dogwood blossoms. Although this plant is really pretty, I am horribly allergic to it. I suppose it’s about time I learn what it is. Thanks!
