I would like to plant a hedge of Japanese Holly along my driveway (maybe 10 plants, probably the compact variety) and a couple of arborvitae in my backyard (not sure what kind — suggestions? Hoping for something that will grow to maybe 15 feet and remain relatively narrow). When is the best time to do this? Fall? Spring? I’m in Westchester County.
Thanks so much!
