Congratulations on your first potato harvest. Well done! As for the peas…I have no idea, but I do have a high tolerance for blemishes on things over her and just select between "eat" and "compost" based on visual assessment. If you could see my organically grown apples, from which I make my year’s supply of sauce, you’d know what I mean. I cut out the worst bits…and use the rest.
