Re: Sweet Viburnum leaves shriveling
One of my neighbors also has a Viburnum (Viburnum carlesii) with shriveled green leaves. I keep telling him I will look into it, so your post has been the prompting that I needed. (I’m not sure which Viburnum you mean by ‘Sweet Viburnum’ as there are several species that go by that name.) I believed in my neighbors case, the damage was caused by insects, although I couldn’t see anything; however now I am reconsidering. I am really stumped with this one, but I think it may be frost damage as it is only the first leaves to open that have been affected. Is this the case with yours as well?
