In the heat of summer, I love wearing Crocs. I think they are ugly for everyday use, but comfy, breezy, and all the holes are perfect for letting your toes feel the dirt in the garden where fashion is not a concern (for me). Then when I am done gardening I spray them (my feet and all!) to rinse them off. Not good in the cold/wet spring or late fall, however. I’m still working on that aspect too.
