ILOVE WHEN ANDRE SPEAKS HIS BRAND OF ENGLISH, using words like “jumper” for sweater, or “allotment” for community garden. And I don’t know about you, but I want some of what they had (above). Sounds like the rhubarb wine was pure madness. Of course, if you want to achieve the desired results, you’ll need some special wine-making ingredients. The de rigueur go-go Wellies I suspect you already have.

Oooh Rhubarb wine! Sounds great.
We’ve made Elderflower Champange. It is proper delish!
Welcome, Lou. I love elderflower liqueur (St. Germain) in a bit of soda water. Delish is right. Nice to “meet” you and do stop in again soon for a cocktail. :)
Strawberry, dandelion, lilic … now rhubarb … sounds delightful!
after our recent move to a new state, I think my wife and i would very much like a large amount of rhubarb wine
“A large amount of rhubarb wine” sounds perfect. Fun cartoon!
Now that’s the CSA I would like to join! =)
The rhubarb website is amazing. I didn’t realize you could make so many things with it! My grandfather used to make dandelion wine (from the flowers) and it was quite good.
Welcome, Judith. Yes, rhubarb is versatile, that’s for sure. I have never tasted dandelion wine but I do have a good crop of them so… :) See you soon!
