i’ve noticed that bulb catalogues don’t exactly make clear which bulbs you can expect to return from year to year, and which are likely to be one-shots. is there any easy way to know? daffs and tulips and crocuses and the large alliums seem to return reliably – but i’ve found that some of the more unusual bulbs i’ve tried show up the first year and never again. thanks for any insight before i place that bulb order!
