I have about 13 tomatoes plants, I am beinging to see blossom end rot on some of the fruit. Is there anything I can do to stop this from ruining all of my tomatoes?

Here is ‘everything Margaret knows about tomatoes’. Blossom end rot is caused by calcium deficiency and water stress. Try the tomato troubles FAQ in the above link for more info.
