Second year Dwarf Blue Arctic Willow has already reached 5-6 feet. I read this is its mature height (which is where I want it to stay) so what do I do? Shear it close to the ground (6-12") now (early April) and have it grow back to the same height this season or leave it be? Thanks for the help.
