Looks a lot like a night-blooming cirrus (sp?) to me, although I have only seen white flowers, never red. The "foliage" (if that is the proper term for these plants–its somewhat succulent-like) looks identical to those in my parents’ indoor garden. Amazing scent when in bloom if I recall.
