Hello fellow green thumbs! I live in Atlanta GA. zone 7b and was given a large banana plant yesterday from a neighbor who is moving. The plant is about 9 feet tall and really healthy looking and I’d like to keep it this way! I’ve been looking online all day for info on light requirements and most sites say full sun but the spot I would like to plant it in gets maybe a half days worth of sun and then remains pretty high light the rest of the day. I’m not trying to grow fruit necessarily, so will this spot work? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
