2010 tours & workshops

MY 2010 SCHEDULE OF TOURS AND WORKSHOPS includes many in collaboration with my old friend Bob Hyland, co-owner at nearby Loomis Creek Nursery, Hudson, NY. The April and September workshops begin in my garden with light breakfast, tours and teaching, then we all head over to Loomis Creek for two-plus hours more learning. I am also open for Garden Conservancy in May and Copake Falls Day in August (details below). Hope to see you.

Saturday, April 17, 8:30am-1 pm (rain/snow date Saturday, April 24) – Spring Gardening 101 at the garden of Margaret Roach and Loomis Creek Nursery, near Hudson, NY. Hands-on workshop led by Margaret Roach and Bob Hyland with a focus on pruning basics, border cleanup, soil management, spring ephemerals, spring frost protection, cool-season vegetable gardening & more from the experts.
